This policy explains what personal information Wagwell collects when you visit or buy from this store, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
What we collect
When you browse: your device and browser type, IP address, time zone, the pages you view, and how you arrived here. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
When you order: your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment details. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
When you contact us: whatever you choose to include in your message.
Why we use it
- To process, fulfill, and deliver your order, including passing your name and address to the fulfillment partner and carrier shipping your parcel
- To send order confirmations, tracking updates, and respond to support requests
- To screen orders for fraud
- To improve the store and, where you have consented, to show you relevant advertising
Who we share it with
We use third-party services that process data on our behalf:
- Shopify — runs the store and checkout
- Payment providers — process your payment
- Fulfillment partners and carriers — pack and deliver your order
- Analytics and advertising platforms (Google Analytics, Meta, TikTok) — measure traffic and ad performance
We do not sell your personal information.
Advertising and tracking
We use pixels from Meta and TikTok and Google Analytics to understand how our ads perform. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings or at optout.aboutads.info. Your browser's Do Not Track signal is honored where required by law.
Your rights
If you are in the EU or UK (GDPR): you have the right to access, correct, port, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Our legal bases are performance of a contract (to fulfill your order), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, improving the store), and consent (marketing and non-essential cookies). How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as needed to fulfill the order and meet our legal and tax obligations — typically seven years. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Children
