1. Who we are
This store is operated by Wagwell. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Wagwell.
2. Using the store
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree not to use the store for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to interfere with its security or availability.
3. Products, prices, and availability
We do our best to display product colors and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows them exactly. Product descriptions, specifications, and prices may change without notice, and we may discontinue a product at any time.
All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Where a compare-at price is shown, it reflects the recommended retail price for a comparable product, not necessarily a price this store previously charged.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example where the item is unavailable, the price was listed in error, or the order is flagged as fraudulent. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

6. Product use and safety
Our products are pet accessories, not veterinary treatments or medical devices. Nothing on this site is veterinary advice. Supervise your pet when introducing any new product, follow the sizing and usage guidance on the product page, and consult a veterinarian about any health concern. Retire chew toys and worn items when they show damage.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of this store or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

All content on this site — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Third-party links
We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites we link to.
